All students enrolled at Digital Infinite – Digital Marketing Training Institute are required to follow the Rules & Regulations mentioned below to maintain a disciplined, productive, and professional learning environment.

1. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students must attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
• Late entry or early exit may not be permitted without prior approval.
• Consistent absenteeism may affect course progress, certification, or continuation.

2. Classroom Discipline

• Students must maintain decorum and respectful behaviour towards trainers, staff, and fellow students.
• Use of abusive language, disruptive behaviour, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class sessions.

3. Fees & Administrative Compliance

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• If fees are not paid by the due date, a 7-day grace period will be granted, after which a late fee of ₹100 per day shall apply.
• Fees once paid are governed by the Institute’s Fees Return / Refund Policy.
• The admission fee covers teaching fees, trainer charges, syllabus access, assignments, projects, examination fees, certification, and institute infrastructure along with its maintenance.
• Fees are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against other courses or students.
• Students shall not be eligible to appear for the final examination in the following cases:
• Failure to meet minimum attendance requirements, 75% online and offline.
• Non-completion of mandatory assignments
• Pending or unpaid course fees

4. Use of Institute Resources

• Institute systems, internet, software, and tools are to be used strictly for learning purposes.
• Misuse of systems, unauthorized downloads, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to Institute property due to negligence or misuse may be chargeable.

5. Study Material & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, recordings, notes, presentations, and digital content are the intellectual property of the Institute.
• Students are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, sharing, selling, or distributing any content
• Violation may lead to immediate termination without refund.

6. Assignments & Practical Work

• Students are expected to complete assignments, projects, and practical tasks on time.
• Practical learning is a core part of the course and requires active participation.
• Students shall be eligible to participate in Live Projects only if they meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 75% attendance (combined offline and online sessions)
• Minimum 60% average marks in assignments
• If Fees is balance

7. Online / Hybrid Class Rules

• Students attending online or hybrid classes must ensure a stable internet connection and proper device setup.
• The Institute is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues of internet failures.
• Recording online sessions from own without permission is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination from the course without refund.

8. Conduct outside the Classroom

• Students must maintain professional conduct within and outside the Institute premises.
• Any act that harms the Institute’s reputation may invite disciplinary action.

9. Personal Belongings & Safety

• Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
• The Institute shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items of any students.
• Students must follow safety instructions provided by the Institute.

10. Placement / Internship / Live Projects Conduct

• Digital Infinite do not guarantee for any Job & Salary commitment , We provide assistance for Internship and Job Assistance
• Placement assistance or internship support, if provided, is based on eligibility, performance, and availability.
• Unprofessional behaviour during interviews or internships may result in removal from placement support.

11. Termination & Disciplinary Action

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment in case of:

• Misconduct or indiscipline
• Violation of rules
• Non-compliance with Institute policies
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Institute study materials or recordings
• No fee refund shall be applicable in such cases.

12. Tools Access and their uses with Terms and conditions

• Premium tools provided by Digital Infinite are offered as a complimentary add-on support and are not included in the course fees or part of the contractual training services. Premium tools are complimentary third-party add-ons, not included in course fees. Digital Infinite does not guarantee their availability or performance, and any technical issues or discontinuation will not be the institute’s responsibility.
• Access to the branded tool “Jupiter SEO Tool” is strictly limited to use on institute laptops within the premises of Digital Infinite. This tool will not be provided for use outside the institute or on any student’s personal device under any circumstances.

13. Amendments to Rules

• The Institute reserves the right to modify or update the Rules & Regulations at any time without intimation. .
• Updated rules will be applicable immediately without notification.

14. Acceptance of Rules

• By enrolling in the course and attending classes, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Rules & Regulations.
