1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and enrolling in Digital Infinite’s training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Course Registration and Payment

– All course fees must be paid in full before commencement of training

– Registration is confirmed only after successful payment

– Course fees are non-refundable once the training has commenced

– Digital Infinite reserves the right to modify course fees without prior notice

3. Intellectual Property Rights

– All course materials, including presentations, documents, and videos, are the intellectual property of Digital Infinite

– Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission

– Recording of training sessions is strictly prohibited

4. Student Conduct

Students must:

– Maintain professional behavior during training sessions

– Respect fellow students and instructors

– Attend classes regularly and punctually

– Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines

5. Certification

– Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course

– Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory

– All assignments and projects must be completed satisfactorily

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation

– Digital Infinite reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes with prior notice

– In case of cancellation by Digital Infinite, alternative dates will be provided

– Students must provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling their sessions
